Warehouse
Clarity in warehouse structure and inventory movements
SmartDepot supports daily warehouse operations in a structured and transparent way. Movements of goods and packaging are recorded at the moment they occur, while the organizational structure of branches, warehouses, and storage locations ensures data consistency across the entire system.

Warehouse Structure
SmartDepot supports multiple branches with separate documents and stock levels. Each branch contains warehouses with independent location structures, allowing every movement to be clearly assigned to a physical place.
Goods Receipts and Issues
Goods receipts and issues can be processed either based on orders or directly during daily operations. SmartDepot recognises packaging units and their contents, automatically updating product and packaging stock levels at the moment the operation is performed.
Stock Transfers
Stock transfers enable the movement of goods between branches and warehouses, including information about logistic units. The process can be executed with or without receipt confirmation, depending on the operational workflow.
Packaging Structure
Products can be defined using multi-level packaging structures — from individual units to logistic units. SmartDepot supports packaging identified using GS1 Application Identifiers, including serial identification, ensuring unambiguous tracking of packaging units.
Logistics Labels
SmartDepot enables the printing and handling of SSCC-based logistics labels. Both 1D and 2D barcodes can contain GS1 Application Identifiers, allowing logistic units to carry complete information about their contents and to be processed unambiguously during goods receipt and goods issue operations.
Scanning and Auto-ID
Warehouse operations can be performed using Auto-ID devices, including data collectors, mobile computers, tablets, PC workstations with scanners, and smartphones with built-in cameras. SmartDepot supports 1D and 2D barcodes as well as RFID, minimizing the need for manual data entry.
