About us

We are a team developing SmartDepot – a solution that supports manufacturing and logistics companies in organizing data and processes related to the flow of goods, packaging, and product information. We focus on ensuring that daily operations are based on consistent data, clear rules, and tools that truly support users.

What are we building?

We are building a system that brings together the management of goods flows, packaging, and product data into one coherent environment. SmartDepot enables events to be recorded at the moment they occur and supports working with data that reflects the actual operational state. Our goal is to reduce manual work, duplicated information, and ambiguous data interpretation.

Why we do this?

In many organizations, information about goods and their movement is scattered across multiple systems, documents, and spreadsheets. Data is often outdated, difficult to trace over time, or inconsistent between departments and partners. This makes decision-making, operational analysis, and collaboration across the supply chain more difficult.

We believe that operational data should be unambiguous, up to date, and available in the right context. Only then can it provide real support for warehouse, production, and logistics processes.

How do we work?

We develop SmartDepot based on real business processes and practical usage scenarios. We design solutions from the ground up, avoiding unnecessary complexity and adapting legacy systems at the expense of clarity.

We work closely with users during the feature design process to ensure that the tools we build are understandable, predictable, and useful in everyday operational work. We focus on interface clarity, data consistency, and ease of implementation.

Our approach

We focus on data transparency, information consistency, and the ability to collaborate across systems and companies. SmartDepot supports working with production and logistics labels that contain richer data, such as batch numbers, expiration dates, and application identifiers.

We design the solution in line with the GS1 approach, including the use of application identifiers, SSCC logistic labels, and scenarios aligned with the GS1 Digital Link concept. As a result, SmartDepot can complement existing system environments and support organizations in the practical implementation of identification and labeling standards.
