Consistency of raw materials, packaging, and products
SmartDepot supports production from a material and warehouse perspective. You can trace which raw materials and packaging were used to produce a product, which documents accompanied the production process, and which labels identify its output.
Production Consistency
The system maintains information on which raw materials and packaging were used to produce a given product. Production data is linked to warehouse stock levels and remains available in the operation history.
Production Orders
Production orders support production execution by recording raw material and packaging consumption and registering finished output quantities. Each order retains a complete material traceability context.
Production Returns
Unused raw materials and packaging can be returned from production to the warehouse, with inventory levels updated and a complete operational history preserved. Packaging with serial identification can be tracked individually.
Production Labeling
SmartDepot enables printing of production labels using GS1 Application Identifiers, including batch numbers, expiration dates, and serial identification. Labels provide unambiguous identification of produced units and packaging.
